We request our customers to inspect the products at the time of purchase carefully. This helps ensure that the material meets your expectations in terms of design, color, and finish before use or installation.

Replacements

• In the unlikely event that any manufacturing defect or damage is noticed during inspection at the time of purchase or delivery, we will be happy to evaluate the issue wherever applicable.

• Any concerns should be reported immediately, prior to installation.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are construction-grade materials and often supplied in bulk or customized formats, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once the material has been accepted.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Customized designs and bulk orders are prepared specifically as per project requirements and are therefore not eligible for return or refund. Any resolution, if required, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis during inspection.
